RETURN POLICY

In an effort to improve our service to churches and individuals, Bible Blast is updating its return policy. Effective July 1, 2003, all Bible Blast items excluding the Director’s Manual and Director’s CD and T-shirts must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Director’s Manual and Director’s CD are not refundable and no credit will be give for these items in exchange for other items.
Please follow these directions:

1) Answer items below with your returned material.

Your church name and address
Your account number
Order number – if available
Quantity (package or individual items)
Catalog item number and description of each item
Reason for returning item
Name of contact person

2) Bible Blast will issue credit for your return when we have received the items and checked that they are current and in resalable condition. Items not current or in resalable condition will not be credited to your account or returned to you.

3) If you need to return something because of a mistake we made, you will receive full credit for it.

4) We will not accept returned items that arrive C.O.D.
